Example of article design

The publication includes articles by doctors of science, candidates of sciences, young scientists (graduate students, applicants, students), as well as other persons who have higher education and are engaged in scientific activity. The authors should submit articles that are solely their own original research, following the rules of citation. Presentation of knowingly false information or plagiarism is unacceptable and unethical. In addition, only articles that have not previously been published in other journals are accepted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCEPTANCE ARTICLES:

To publish an article in Issue 46/2026, no later than July 15, 2026 (inclusive):

No more than one article by the same author (co-author) may be published in the issue.

The journal does not charge a submission fee. The publication fee is charged only after an article has been accepted for publication and has no influence on the peer-review process or editorial decisions.

Submitted manuscripts are subject to editing, peer review, and plagiarism check.

The articles are checked for plagiarism using the software StrikePlagiarism.com developed by the Polish company Plagiat.pl.

If the article successfully passes peer review and is accepted for publication, the author will be provided with bank details for payment of the publication fee.

After making the payment, the author must send a scanned copy of the receipt to the editorial office.

The publication fee is UAH 1600 (up to 12 pages). Each extra page is charged at UAH 50. The publication fee covers the costs associated with the processing, peer review, and publication of the article.

The editorial board accepts individual articles submitted by postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs for publication free of charge, provided that the manuscripts are authored solely by the students (without co-authors), comply with the journal’s requirements, and adhere to the principles of academic integrity.

Along with the manuscript, postgraduate students enrolled in state-funded programs must submit a certificate issued the graduate studies department confirming their enrollment. The certificate must be signed by the head of the relevant department and bear the its official seal.

Authors may also order a printed copy of the journal. The cost of a printed copy is UAH 1000 and is payable in addition to the publication fee.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Article volume from 10 to 20 pages, including illustrations, tables, graphs, and references. Text font - Times New Roman, size 14, 1.5 spacing; margins - 20 mm.
• If the article contains tables and / or figures, they should be compact, have title, text font - Times New Roman, size 14.
• Mathematical formulas should be carefully checked and clearly printed. The number of tables, formulas and illustrations should be minimal and appropriate.
• Pictures and spreadsheets on album pages are not accepted.
• References to the sources should be made in square brackets, indicating the page numbers according to the source: for example, [3, p. 234] or [2, p. 35; 8, p. 234].
• The list of sources used is submitted at the end of the article in the order of reference of sources in accordance with DSTU 8302: 2015 “Information and documentation. Bibliographic reference. General Terms and Conditions of Assembly". In order to ensure the quality of scientific citations, it is mandatory to indicate the DOI of the source (if available) in the list of references.

ARTICLE STRUCTURE:

Required structural elements:

– formulation of the problem in general and its relation to important scientific or practical tasks;

– analysis of the latest research and publications in which the problem is solved and which the author relies on;

– selection of previously unresolved parts of the general problem to which the article is devoted;

– formulation of the goals of the article (statement of the task);

– presentation of the main research material with full justification of the scientific results;

– conclusions from this study and prospects for further intelligence in this area.

The article should contain UDCs, ORCID ID code (if the author is not registered with ORCID, it is mandatory to create an account at the link: https://orcid.org), abstracts and keywords in Ukrainian and English, translation of the article title into English; abstracts volume of at least 1800 characters, number of keywords at least 5 words.

Language of publications: Ukrainian, English.

The editorial board encourages authors to submit manuscripts in English to facilitate the international dissemination of research findings.

PROHIBITION OF USING SCIENTIFIC WORKS OF THE OCCUPYING COUNTRY

It is prohibited citing and including in the reference list russian-language contributions published in any country, incl. papers written in other languages but published in russia and belarus.
